Welcome to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Sex Offender Registry Website. The Confederated Tribes enacted The Sex Offender Registration Code (“SORC”) in resolution No. 09-023 on
March 9, 2009. SORC requires all qualifying sex offenders who work, go to school, or reside within the Confederated Tribes’ jurisdiction to register with the Tribes. It also establishes this publicly accessible Registry. It is maintained by the Police Department.

This Website is provided as a public service. Through this Website, the public has access to information regarding offenders who are registered pursuant to the Confederated Tribes’ Sex Offender Registration Code (“SORC”), which was enacted to implement the Adam Walsh Act.

Consequently, users are forewarned that it is incumbent upon them to verify any and all information.
